Your product master shows all the products, pricing, stock. It will show you the purchases and the sales made when you move from one product to another. Locate your product by typing any portion of the description of the product.
Purchases update your stock and generate your payables records. Limited modifications available in the purchase invoice once it is saved.
Your sale invoices generates the receivables and updates the stock accordingly. You can create a text file of your invoices to facilitate emailing your invoices to your customers. You also have an option to void a invoice for whatever reason.
Customers sometimes returns the items and you need to issue them credit so the returns option is here. It also keeps detailed track of the returns and the credits issued.
Focus one customer at a time when you are applying payments using the checks, cash, return credits. Also gives you instant ageing on screen when you move from one customer to another.
Your dashboard of the financial status. Single click for knowing your profit, current stock value, total purchases & total sales. Shows if the customer owes you or you owe the customer when you move from one customer to another with the latest transactions showing and if you want to see older transactions you scroll upwards.
